BESTIES50 Bring-a-Friend Promotion — Terms & Conditions
The BESTIES50 Bring-a-Friend Promotion is a limited promotional offer provided by #ioMATTERZ for eligible project management training courses.
1. Promotion Offer
Eligible customers may enroll two participants for the regular tuition price of one participant when both participants register together for the same eligible course, cohort, and delivery modality.
The promotional code BESTIES50 applies a 50% discount to an eligible two-participant booking, resulting in the equivalent of one participant receiving complimentary tuition.
2. Eligible Courses
The promotion is valid only for designated:
CAPM® Exam Prep courses
PMP® Exam Prep courses
Eligible courses may be offered In-Person or Live-Online.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the promotion does not apply to CAPM®-to-PMP® Bridge courses, make-up classes, private or corporate training, coaching, application or audit support, examination fees, PMI membership, exam vouchers, books, materials sold separately, or other add-on services.
3. Two Participants Required
Two participants must:
Register together in the same transaction
Attend the same course and cohort
Select the same delivery modality
Be identified at the time of registration
The promotion cannot be used by a single participant to receive 50% off individual tuition.
4. Promotional Code
Customers must enter BESTIES50 when making the qualifying reservation.
The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases or bookings.
5. Promotional Period
BESTIES50 is available through September 26, 2026, unless the promotional allocation is exhausted earlier.
The promotion is limited to the first 10 qualifying pairs.
Once 10 qualifying bookings have been redeemed, the promotion ends regardless of the advertised expiration date.
6. Usage Limit
The promotion may be redeemed once per customer/account.
A qualifying redemption covers one pair of participants.
The promotion may not be divided across separate transactions, courses, cohorts, or participants.
7. Changes, Transfers & Substitutions
Course changes, transfers, and participant substitutions remain subject to #ioMATTERZ's standard enrollment and training policies.
The complimentary participant does not create a separate promotional credit or cash value.
If one participant withdraws, cancels, transfers, or otherwise becomes unable to attend, the remaining participant is not automatically entitled to a 50% individual tuition discount, refund, or promotional credit.
8. No Cash Value
BESTIES50 has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, account credit, gift vouchers, or refunds.
Any unused portion of the promotion is forfeited.
9. Combining Promotions
BESTIES50 cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, coupons, special pricing, scholarships, or promotional offers unless expressly authorized by #ioMATTERZ in writing.
10. Course Availability
Registration remains subject to available seats and applicable enrollment requirements.
Use of BESTIES50 does not guarantee admission to a particular cohort or override course prerequisites, registration deadlines, minimum enrollment requirements, or other published course policies.
#ioMATTERZ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort in accordance with its standard training policies.
11. Additional Costs
Unless expressly included in the purchased course package, the promotion applies to eligible course tuition only.
PMI® membership, certification application fees, examination fees, exam vouchers, retesting fees, optional support services, and other third-party expenses remain the responsibility of each participant.
12. Abuse or Misuse
#ioMATTERZ reserves the right to reject or cancel a promotional redemption involving suspected misuse, duplicate redemption, misrepresentation, manipulation of customer identities or accounts, or an attempt to circumvent the promotion's stated limitations.
13. Promotion Modification or Termination
#ioMATTERZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion when reasonably necessary, provided that such changes will not ordinarily affect a qualifying booking that has already been completed and paid.
14. Acceptance
Use of promotional code BESTIES50 constitutes acceptance of these promotional terms and #ioMATTERZ's applicable enrollment, cancellation, attendance, and training policies.
